This short application helps us understand your musical work, where you are now, what you want to build, and the challenges you are facing. We review your answers before scheduling so the Discovery Call can be focused and useful.
On the call, we can walk you through AFM, its mentorship and community, artist stories and testimonials, and whether the program aligns with your goals. This is an application for a Discovery Call, not an application to enroll, and submitting it does not commit you to joining AFM.
