Creative Connect Participation Policy

Artistic Freedom Mentorship

By purchasing access to Creative Connect, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all Creative Connect sessions and cycles, regardless of date, length, or format.

1. Access & Duration

• Your payment grants access to one complete cycle of Creative Connect.

• A cycle may vary in length (for example, 6 weeks). Full details will be provided at the time of enrollment.

• Access is valid only for the specific cycle purchased and does not roll over, transfer, or apply to future sessions.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• No partial refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for missed sessions, withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or inability to participate for any reason.

• Participants are responsible for confirming availability prior to purchase.

3. Participation & Conduct

• Creative Connect is designed to be an uplifting, collaborative, and respectful environment.

• Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

• Recording, distributing, duplicating, or sharing any part of the sessions without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, resources, and materials shared during sessions are the intellectual property of Artistic Freedom Mentorship (AFM) and its facilitators.

• Participants may not copy, reproduce, or use materials for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

• AFM reserves the right to use anonymized or generalized participant feedback for marketing, reporting, or program development.

5. Confidentiality & Safety

• Creative Connect is a confidential and supportive space for personal and professional growth.

• Participants agree not to disclose personal information, stories, or experiences shared by others.

• AFM reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this policy, without refund.

6. Policy Updates

• Artistic Freedom Mentorship may update or revise this policy at any time.

• Continued participation after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

 

By completing your purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout for any creative connect plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
